Level Rock Properties are the development consultants in securing the property and all planning and development rights in consultation with City of Cape Town and Strand Golf Course.
A portion of the existing Golf Course is to be released under the land lease from City of Cape Town to enable the development.
The application has been submitted and consultations with all relevant parties is ongoing with construction planned for 2020 - 2022 with the first occupations to take place end 2020
