Dries Neveling has been involved in property development for more than 30 years and was a director of the Kiron Homes Group operating in the Greater Gauteng area. He also worked as a business consultant for a firm in the United States of America (Intelligroup Inc.) and returned with the sole aim of doing property development / development consultation in the Cape region.

 

An accountant by profession, he has a vast knowledge of project costing as well as project management and operations. He is responsible for the day to day management and has a very wide experience range in the various housing formats.

He is currently on the board of directors of various companies.

 

C C SMITH (BA LLB) Consultant

 

Corneluis Smith is a practicing attorney who has been in private practice for more than 20 years. He has been operating as consultant on various projects as legal adviser and also as part-shareholder on some property developments. He is not directly involved in the day to day operations but oversees various new developments
